How do I reset my password?

If you cannot find your password or your password does not seem to be working, you can easily request a reset of your password from the Login page. Click on the image below to follow the steps …

Can I choose my own password?

Yes, absolutely! Follow the steps in the infographic below to change your password to one of your own choosing.

I just purchased my course online, but cannot see it in my dashboard?

It can take the system 24-48  hours to process your order and complete enrolment into your course. If you still cannot see or access your course after 48 hours, please contact us to investigate for you.

 

How will I know when I can commence my course?

All courses have a start and closing date, and regardless of your seat type (All-Inclusive, Observation Seat, or Independent Learners), everyone begins on the same day.

All our Gather Instructors personally email each of their students in the days leading up to the course beginning. Access to your course content will be on the start date of your course unless your Instructor advises you otherwise.

 

I am a new student, and do not know where to begin!

Firstly, welcome! We are here to help! You can download and browse through our Students First Step Guide below. If there is anything else you need help with, shoot us an email and we will aim to respond within 48 hours.

Where do I access my course content?

Your course content can be accessed via the Dashboard menu once you are logged in to the Gather Academy website.

 

What are the Academy’s opening hours?

Our workshops are available during course open and close dates 24/7, but those of us that work behind the scenes do need a break every now and then! We take time out over the weekend and we aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.

 

What is your Refund Policy?

All requests for a refund of your course should be directed to your Instructor. Purchases of courses may be considered for refund if;

  1. You notify your instructor within 7 days of purchase
  2. Request for refund is at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the course

Due to the digital nature of our online learning material, requests for refunds will not be considered once the commencement of the workshop has begun.
